The Minister for Education and Skills recently commenced certain sections of the Education Act – Admissions to Schools.
All Boards of Management are required to draft a new admissions policy in accordance with the requirements of the Act. The new arrangements will apply to school admissions for the 2021/2022 school year and subsequent years. The Board of Management has drafted an admission policy and admission notice in line with guidelines from the Department of Education & Skills and the Patron (Archbishop Eamon Martin).
