✝️ We dedicated our whole school prayer assembly this morning to Calvin. It was a very emotional, yet beautiful assembly. The Sixth Class boys had decorated some leaves in Calvin's memory and they placed them on a tree during the assembly. This tree will remain in their classroom until the Halloween break and will eventually be planted out in the garden beside the playground. The golden fruit on the tree will always remind us of our 'Golden Boy', Calvin Curley-Gray! 💛
Thank you so much to Ms Bolger, Mr McArdle and our school choir for greatly enhancing the assembly with music. Your rendition of 'My Forever Friend' at the end was absolutely perfect.
After the monthly awards were given out we recorded a good luck message for Calvin's sister Sophie. Sophie represented Ireland today in the Junior European Boxing Championship in Italy. 🇮🇪 Everyone is so proud of her!
